Fu Cheng Metals Production Co., Ltd. Of Jiangmen City was established in 2000, mainly engaged in the manufacture of stainless steel trash cans, bathroom accessories, kitchenware and houseware. With facilities covering about 20,000 square meters, we have more than 400 staff and 60 production lines including punching, stretching，deep-drawing, polishing, powder coating, assembling and packing. We are also investing different kinds of automatic production lines for products’parts and semi-automatic packing lines these years, which gain a obvious increase for our efficiency and capacity. Fully 6S implementation and continuous improvement project also makes a great contribution for less WIP, everyday good quality, better cost control and lower price. Besides, we are still striving for full automatic production and packing lines in next five years.
