- 2012-03 Shenzhen Longgang District Zhilida Mold Electronic Factory was established in 2000. The company is located in Henggang Town, Longgang District, Shenzhen. It is a one-stop production factory specializing in the design and manufacturing of plastic molds, silicone molds, metal stamping molds, and the corresponding plastic injection production, plastic surface treatment silk printing, pad printing, bronzing, spray painting and oil spraying. For several years, Zhilida has been focusing on mold design and manufacturing, and has developed into a large-scale and powerful company in the plastic mold industry. As a general taxpayer enterprise, the company has a mold department, an injection molding department, a silicone rubber processing department, a silk pad printing department, an oil injection department, a PMMA and PC mirror processing department, an electronic product department - a finished product assembly line and other departments. The Mold Department has 2 product R&D engineers, including more than 20 complete sets of equipment including 3D coordinate reading machines, CNC machining centers, computer gongs, spark machines, wire cutting, and CNC milling and grinding machines, with a monthly mold production capacity of more than 40 sets.
